About Friday
Join us at FAYAP youth club, it’s not just a place to be; it’s where you belong! Friday youth club is the best time for you to come and chill out, forget about your worries from the week and start looking forward to the weekend. This is a fun, relaxed space you can hang out at. Beat your boredom with free Wifi, multiple games and activity equipment. Whether your into skating, sports, gaming, or just hanging out there’s something for everyone. Ages 11-18.
Bring friends or ride solo. You’ll have chances to meet new people. Make long lasting memories. Support each other when times are tough.
The staff that run this session are brilliant, highly professional youth workers. They are easily approachable and will be willing to help you with anything you need. Staff are great!
Keep an eye out for out special events such as skating, free barbeques and day music performances.
Here is a passage written by a young person who used to attend.
Ripped jeans, dirty knees, turn up together or alone, this place is where the laughter flows. Where every one goes, where everyone knows it’s more than a space; it’s a vibe; it’s a crew.
Somewhere with mentors who guide us and peers by our side, keep us in check. No judgement here, just support and respect. So don’t hide a thing, they’ve seen it all from empty bottles and someone like me who broke every single rule.
Which granted weren’t a clever thing to do but with workshops and hangouts it was all about growth. Discovering our passions and making an oath. an oath to find ourselves to become who we were supposed to be.
So turn up with ripped jeans and dirty knees they’ll be a cuppa tea and toast. A familiar face will greet you with a smile ,and in this rural place you’ll feel less of a ghost. FAYAP is a place you can call home.
